1. JOOAN Service

1.1 JOOAN services refer to various services provided by JOOAN through JOOAN website, JOOAN software and JOOAN cloud services. Among them, JOOAN Cloud Service is an online service platform for data storage, management, and sharing provided by JOOAN to JOOAN users. It does not directly upload or provide content itself.

1.2 You need to prepare the following equipment yourself and bear the following expenses: (1) Internet equipment, including but not limited to computers or other Internet terminals, modems and other necessary Internet devices; (2) Internet expenses, including but not limited to network access Fee, Internet equipment rental fee, mobile phone data fee, etc.

2. User registration

2.1 You need to use your mobile phone number to register your JOOAN account. The ownership of the JOOAN account belongs to JOOAN. After you register, you only get the right to use the JOOAN account, and you are not allowed to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the JOOAN account or permit others to use the JOOAN account in other ways. When you apply for this JOOAN service, you must provide JOOAN with accurate personal information (including but not limited to user name, password, contact person, mobile phone number, etc.), and you need to maintain and update the registration information in time to keep it always Up-to-date, complete and accurate. The user name and password are set by you. After the application is successful, you can log in and use it.

2.2 You agree that the true, accurate and legal JOOAN account registration information you provide is the only evidence to determine the connection between you and JOOAN account and your identity. You guarantee that your registration information does not contain illegal or bad information. If the account registration information you provide to JOOAN is inaccurate, untrue, or contains illegal or bad information, JOOAN has the right not to register and reserves the right to terminate the user. The right to use JOOAN services. If you use false information to defraud the account registration or account avatar, personal profile and other registration materials that have illegal and undesirable information, JOOAN has the right to take measures such as correction within a notice deadline, suspension of use, and cancellation of registration. 2.4 All notices sent to users can be sent through announcements on important pages, emails or regular letters. Modifications to the terms of service, service changes, or other important events will be announced in this form. Please choose an e-mail address with relatively good stability and security when registering, and agree to accept and read various e-mails sent by this website to users. 2.6 If you find that you have lost or forgotten your registered password, you can apply to retrieve the password through the registered user name and email address. JOOAN's password retrieval mechanism cannot identify whether the mailbox user is a real account user, and JOOAN does not assume any responsibility for any loss caused by the user being applied for by others to retrieve the account and password in a false name. The user knows that the responsibility for keeping the password lies with the user, and JOOAN does not guarantee that the user can successfully retrieve the password through the registered user name and email address if the user loses or forgets the password.

3. JOOAN Cloud Service

3.1 You can add your JOOAN device to your JOOAN account and remotely operate the added device, including: preview, playback, record, and screenshot the video taken by the device, through the JOOAN client and the device Real-time intercom (supported by some equipment), etc. In addition, based on JOOAN cloud services, you can enjoy JOOAN cloud storage and other services.

3.2 When you use each individual service, some individual services may require you to agree to the specific terms of service or usage rules of the individual service based on their service characteristics, and you agree to agree to the terms of service or use of the individual service in the manner required by the individual service The rules and various announcements, statements, etc. issued by JOOAN in the single service (hereinafter referred to as the "single clause"), in this case, the single clause and this agreement are both effective for you. If JOOAN subsequently charges for a single service, JOOAN will notify in advance in writing on the corresponding page of the single service and indicate the charging standard.

3.4 Some services of JOOAN Cloud Service may have certain requirements on your bandwidth. For example, if you use JOOAN Cloud Storage Service, each JOOAN device needs at least 4M bandwidth. If there are 2 or more devices in the same LAN, it will be corresponding The bandwidth requirements of the land will increase, otherwise it may affect your storage speed. The specific usage rules of individual services shall prevail.

3.5 JOOAN cloud service is for non-commercial use only. Without JOOAN's prior written consent, you may not use JOOAN Cloud services for any commercial use, otherwise JOOAN has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of JOOAN Cloud services to you, or even take actions such as suspension and cancellation of your JOOAN account, and retain The right to hold you accountable in accordance with the law.

3.6 JOOAN hereby solemnly reminds and asks you to carefully consider whether it is necessary to upload, publish, and make your video publicly available. Your disclosure of personal information in public channels may be collected and used by others for illegal purposes. You are aware of the potential risks and should bear the possible losses yourself.

3.7 In order to enable you to have a timely and comprehensive understanding of the various services provided by JOOAN, you agree that JOOAN will place various commercial advertisements or any other types of commercial information in various ways in the process of providing JOOAN services, and you agree to accept JOOAN sends you product promotions or other relevant commercial information via email, text message or other means.

4. The Basic rule of user conduct

4.1 During the registration and use process, you agree to abide by laws and regulations, relevant network agreements, regulations, procedures and practices. (6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or instigating crime;

5. Suspension, interruption or termination of service

You agree that JOOAN has the right to exercise the above rights without any responsibility for any individual or third party. 6. Third-party software or technology

6.1 JOOAN website may use third-party technology, JOOAN software may also use third-party software or technology (including open source code and public domain code that JOOAN software may use, the same below), such use has been legally authorized .

JOOAN does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the third party.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

9.1 You understand and agree that JOOAN website and JOOAN software, like most websites and Internet software, may be affected by many factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; they may also be affected by various factors. 10. Others

10.2 Part or all of the invalidity of any clauses in this Agreement shall not affect the validity of other clauses.

10.3 The title in this "Agreement" is provided for convenience only, and is not a basis for interpreting this agreement.

10.4 The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this "Agreement" are applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China and exclude the application of all conflict laws. If any dispute or controversy occurs between you and JOOAN, you should first settle it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, you and JOOAN agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction where this agreement is signed.
